Collect in person, or we bring the puppy to you anywhere in the UAE.
Collection in Dubai
By appointment at Al Quoz Industrial 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seven days a week. Allow about an hour: you will meet the puppy, go through the paperwork, get the feeding plan and leave with the starter pack. Bring a crate or carrier for the drive.

Deliveries run in an air-conditioned vehicle with the puppy in a secured crate, and in summer they run in the early morning or after dark. A person over eighteen must be present to receive the puppy and sign.
Travelling out of the UAE
We can prepare the export health certificate, rabies titre test and microchip records needed for most destinations, and put you in touch with a pet relocation agent. Requirements and lead times vary by country, and some need several months of preparation, so raise this before you reserve.
What we will not do
We do not send puppies as unaccompanied air cargo within the region, and we do not hand a puppy to a courier or a taxi driver. Either you collect, or one of our team delivers.
