How it works

Four steps from first message to a puppy asleep on your floor.

  1. Choose a breed honestly

    Start with your home, your hours and your summer plan, not the photo you liked. Every breed page states what that dog needs in this climate. Message us and we will tell you if it is a bad match.

  2. Meet the puppy

    Book a viewing in Dubai or a video call. You will see the puppy awake, moving, and with its littermates - never held up to a camera in isolation.

  3. Reserve with a deposit

    AED 1,500 holds your puppy for fourteen days and comes off the balance. We take the listing down the same day so nobody else is shown your puppy.

  4. Collection or delivery

    Vet check, microchip registration and paperwork are completed first. Then collect in person, or we deliver by climate-controlled vehicle anywhere in the UAE.

What the deposit does

AED 1,500 holds one named puppy for fourteen days and comes off the balance. The listing comes down the same day, so nobody else is shown that puppy while you arrange the rest. It is transferable to another puppy in a future litter, but it is not refundable once we have taken a puppy off the available list.

Paying the balance

The balance is due at collection or immediately before delivery. We accept bank transfer and cash. We do not release a puppy against a promise of payment, and we do not use third-party escrow or cryptocurrency — if anyone claiming to represent us asks for either, it is not us.

Before your puppy comes home

  • Crate or pen, bed, two bowls and a harness sized for a puppy, not an adult
  • The same food we have been feeding, for at least the first two weeks
  • A vet chosen and the first appointment booked for within 72 hours
  • Cables, cleaning products and balcony gaps dealt with before arrival
  • Two quiet days at home with no visitors while the puppy settles

After you take the puppy home

You get our number, not a ticket queue. Most new owners message in the first fortnight about toilet training, night crying or food refusal, and all three are normal. We would rather answer at 11pm than have someone struggle quietly.
