Terms of sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases arranged through Puppies UAE, Al Quoz Industrial 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Listings and prices

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include the puppy, its vaccination and microchip records, health certificate and starter pack. Delivery is charged separately. Listings are updated manually and a puppy may be reserved before the page changes; we will tell you immediately if that happens and no deposit is retained.

3. Reservations and deposits

A deposit of AED 1,500 reserves one named puppy for fourteen days and is deducted from the balance. It is transferable to another puppy but is not refundable once the puppy has been withdrawn from sale at your request.

4. Balance and handover

The balance is payable at collection or before delivery. Ownership passes when payment clears and the puppy is handed over.

5. Health

Our written health guarantee is set out at health guarantee and forms part of these terms.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are over eighteen, that your tenancy or community rules permit a dog of this breed and size, and that you accept the care requirements described on the breed page — including summer restrictions.

7. Rehoming

If you can no longer keep the dog, you agree to contact us before advertising it elsewhere. We will take the dog back at no charge.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for loss arising from care that departs from the written guidance we provide.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
