Are the puppies vaccinated and microchipped?
Every puppy leaves with an ISO microchip, an up-to-date vaccination card, deworming records and a veterinary health certificate issued within seven days of handover.
What age do puppies go home?
Eight weeks at the earliest, and only after the first vaccination and a clear vet check. We will not release a puppy earlier, whatever the deadline.
Can I visit before deciding?
Yes. Viewings are by appointment so puppies are awake and the space is quiet. We also run video calls for buyers outside Dubai.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
We deliver to all seven Emirates by climate-controlled vehicle. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman are usually same-week; Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are scheduled around the cooler hours.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit of AED 1,500 holds a specific puppy for up to fourteen days and comes off the final price. It is transferable to another puppy but not refundable once the puppy is taken off the available list.
What paperwork do I need as an owner in the UAE?
Dogs in Dubai must be microchipped, vaccinated and registered with the municipality, with registration renewed annually. We hand over the documents you need and walk you through the process at collection.
Which breeds actually suit the summer here?
Chihuahua, Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Toy Poodle and Dachshund cope best. Flat-faced breeds and thick double coats - Frenchie, Pug, Husky, Pomeranian, Corgi - need air conditioning and night walks from April to October. Each breed page says exactly what is required.

Talk to us first. We help with training referrals, and we will always take a dog back rather than see it rehomed through a classifieds site.
