Short version: we collect what we need to answer your enquiry and place a puppy well.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, emirate, home type and anything you write in a message. If you reserve a puppy we also hold the sale record and the puppy’s documents.
Why
To answer enquiries, arrange viewings and deliveries, register the microchip in your name, and honour the health guarantee. We may contact you afterwards about your dog’s welfare.
Who sees it
Our team, the form provider that delivers website enquiries to our inbox, and the veterinary clinic handling your puppy’s certificate. We do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long
Enquiries that do not become sales are deleted after 24 months. Sale records are kept for the life of the guarantee and as long as UAE record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
Ask us at hello@puppiesuae.com for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your enquiry list is stored only in your own browser and never reaches our server until you press send.
